Mayor Rick Britton and Bluey at the Harts Range section of the Outdoor Gallery

Late in February Mayor Gavin Baskett and Mayor Rick Britton, Bluey, Helen Lewis and I made it out to the Plenty Highway to see the Outdoor Gallery. On a beautiful sunny afternoon, we covered the return trip to the gallery and back to Alice Springs in 4 hours with a stop in at Gemtree Caravan Park to say hi to Alex. With recent rains the desert grasses were lush and knee high. “ Fantastic to see this in real life! ” Rick Britton said impressed with the scale and artwork of the Outdoor Gallery.
