”Flight of the Short Billed Corella’ was painted in a dry creek bed on a dry hot day underneath the shade of river red gums. This ‘en plein air’ piece documents a flock of Corellas flying overhead as a noisey 5am alarm, and again at dusk, the noise travelled far and the flock engulfed my vision.”
